As an employee, it’s likely you have a couple of things you do particularly well or better than most – special talents, natural gifts, a skillset, a job function or a space where you really thrive. Instead of trying to conquer the entire field all at once, consider your unique talents, leverage those opportunities within your role, and choose to simply be an expert in one or two things at work.
